We use a series of abbreviations within the Register, below you will find a key to them. The key will help in understanding the information about each school or teaching centre.
General Overview
Special Needs provided for and the status of the school or centre i.e Independant or Local Authority, Boarding or Day school. Numbers given after the sex of the pupils (eg 7-13) indicate the age range of pupils within the school (not necessarily within any Learning Support Unit).
